Sewing Kickstarter is designed for first time learners and those looking for a refresher, or to build their skills and gain confidence with machine sewing. This class is purely to get to know your sewing machine. You will not be doing any sewing projects in this but will be working on your basic sewing skills.

Topics include:

• Sewing machine anatomy
• Machine threading
• Bobbin winding
• Needle selection
• Changing needles
• Stitch selection
• Sewing basic seams
• Sewing tips & tools
• Identifying & selecting fabrics
• Pinning & cutting double layers of fabric
• Selecting stitch length and tension settings

What you need to bring

• Sewing Machine (if you don’t have one, you can use ours)
• Threads/ Cottons
• Atleast  types of fabrics to sew
• Universal, Stretch and Ballpoint sewing machine needles
• Three empty bobbins
• Scissors
