How does the ironing service work?

Step 1.

Place all your ironing together and put them it into a bag. We provide our regular customers with your own personal laundry bag complete with name tag on our second or third visit.

Step 2.

Create an account online in our website so you can book online.
We provide a weekly, fortnightly, and a monthly service. You just need to decide what time you want us to pick up your ironing. Our service operates between 9:00am and .5:0pm Monday to Friday. On Saturdays – we only do collections and deliveries between 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

Step 3.

Our friendly driver will arrive at your home or place of work at the time you request in your booking.

Before we process your order, we might, if required phone if in need of any confirmations before we proceed with the order.

Step 4.

Our staff will sort and work through your ironing.

We pride ourselves in making sure your ironing is processed in a clean, smoke / pet-free environment. Your clothes will be ironed, hung or folded as requested.

Step 5.

We take pride in our high standards. We check all ironing before returning it to our customers. If we are not satisfied with the quality, we will redo the ironing until our standards have been met. Our objective is to deliver ironing that is perfect.

Step 6.

Payment is now due.

You can pay online via bank transfer or credit card.

We do have Afterpay, Humm and PayLater as our other payment options as in Buy now Pay later. These options are only available to orders above $150.

Please note we DO NOT accept payments in Cash or Cheques.

Step 7.

Your ironing is placed on hangers and hung securely in the back of our vehicle.

Our driver will then return your ironing to you at a pre-arranged time within 48 hours from initial pickup.
