How do I use this service?
You will need to create an account in our website to start using our services and make a booking / appointment. Please check out “How it works” page in the Ironing section.
How is my ironing cared for?
From the moment we collect your ironing to the time its ready for return, your ironing is kept safe, in a clean, smoke and pet free environment and is clearly labelled so we can identify who it belongs to. We have insurance in the event of loss or damage to clients garments. Terms & Conditions apply.
How should I pack the ironing?
Any bag is fine, we see plenty of black bags, Ikea bags, etc. If you don’t have a bag, we will provide you with one. The driver needs to be able to weigh your ironing so he can advise you of the cost before its taken away. Please don’t put the ironing in a washing basket as this cannot be weighed accurately.
What is the turnaround time?
Our standard service turnaround is 48hrs, although we offer a premium 24hr service which is available for $15.00 extra surcharge. Collections made on a Friday are returned on a Monday.
What is the minimum charge for pick ups?
Do I need to be home when my ironing is collected?
Not really, as we can collect from a porch, garage, shed, outhouse, etc. Just let us know prior to collection where your ironing will be left for our drivers to pick up. Upon delivery, we will hand over the ironing to you personally, so to better protect the quality.
How can I pay?
All payments can online be made online by bank transfers. If picking up your work from us, we do have card-reading devices which enable you to pay on pickup. Some of our drivers do carry one of these card-reading devices as well for you to pay at your doorstep.
We also have pay in slices / buy now pay later options of Afterpay, Humm and PayLater but these options are only available to orders above $150
Please note we DO NOT accept cash at any time.
Do I need to bool a collection regularly?
No. You can use our service as and when you like. For regular customers orders, we setup weekly, fortnightly, or monthly collections if you prefer. If you decide you do not need a collection, just let us know so we can arrange a time for you to drop off the work to us.
I have a discount code; how do I use it?
When you make a booking, enter the discount code where necessary and we will deduct the voucher value from your total cost. We off discounts for senior citizens and special needs members. If you qualify for our discounted prices, you will need to show your ID card to the driver on the initial collection. We issue discount codes, via email, to our regular clients hence creating an account to use our services is mandatory.
I am not happy with the standard of ironing I received, what should I do?
We treat our service very seriously, with quality checks made for every load of ironing returned. If you are not entirely satisfied with your ironing, contact us within 24hrs of return and we will collect and re-iron this for you free of charge.
Cancelling or rescheduling a booking.
You can cancel a booking anytime; all we ask is that you let us know at least 4hrs before the collection time. You can cancel a booking online or by calling us on 0423 663 670. You can also edit a booking if you need to change the pickup time or return date, this can be carried out in your account. You CANNOT cancel a booking once the ironing has been collected. If this happens there will be a 50% of total price collected.
I am moving home; can I continue using your ironing service?
This depends on where you are moving too and if we have coverage in that area. A simple way to know is shoot us an email or call us to find out. We will son update our website with areas covered page to make it convenient for you to search.
If we do cover the area you are moving to, all you have to do is edit your address and contact numbers by logging in to your account.
